I did a google search for flight fares. I noticed that Fareporto had slightly lower rates than other budget options, so I booked 2 tickets online and immediately received a confirmation email. I thought I was done. But a few hours later they called and emailed me, saying there was something wrong with my order. After talking with multiple individuals and spending a long time on hold, they said they would confirm my tickets with the airline then call me back to let me know the booking was complete. Later, they did call me, but told me only one of my tickets was good for the flight I had booked, unless I paid major upgrade fees or changed dates. I was unwilling to do either, as these were not the terms of my initial booking. I requested a cancellation. They said they were willing to cancel, but would not refund my money. In the end, they provided no way for me to get my tickets for the price I had initially booked them for, and no way to get my money back.
