Description
Pretended to be a Costco Vacation representative. Tried to make a change in my travel plans and charged for the stated upgrade. They were very convincing and had produced Costco's confirmation emails to be very similar to the real ones. Confirmed they are fraudulent as the changes that were stated to be made were never effective although payments were made.
