This company is advertising a skincare product through Instagram advertising. The skincare item was even on my emailed receipt as the actual item I was purchasing. The item they shipped was a totally different item. Different name and container. When I reached out to them regarding this scam they wanted pics for proof. I submitted proof of the shipping label, my emailed receipt with what they're advertising and my received item and for days if emails they finally tell me they can only reimburse $4. My receipt has a different about from what was actually charged which I emailed them about that too. Then they email and tell me I need to return the item but they are but providing a return shipping label for an item they're shipping out fraudulently. Which is very scam worthy. This needs to stop and these companies just need to be honest with what they're selling. Customers should not have to take a lost due to the scamming company. It's ridiculous!
