I purchased a sleep buddy Sleeping Stitch for my child back in December. I did eventually receive the product. It was a cheap version of what it was supposed to be but I think the price was $13 so I didn't think much of it. I started to notice a charge for $23.99 from fancyskinzone.com I didn't know what it was but thought it must be a skin care product I had tried. Jan, Feb, March. I see the charge again, and finally checked into it. Fancy Skin Zone is a sister company of the sleep buddy company. They said I had signed up for vip rewards to get discounts on future purchases. I did not knowingly do this, and the monthly rewards charges were double the price of the cheap toy. They said they would refund me the charges but kept ending the chat before we got a resolution. I called the number on the website, got a voicemail and someone else texted me that the fancy skin zone people were scammers and had taken their name. We will see if I get my money back but people should not get away with stealing from people.
