I was contacted about a job offer with Devise Engineering s.a. I was told to download Telegram and contact their hiring manager. I was in contact with them and they said they were opening an office in Mexico, MO, as well as offering remote positions. I contacted the city of Mexico to see if this was true because when I asked them about it they could not provide an address or any additional information. The city employee stated that they had never heard of this company before and it was more than likely a scam. They were offering me a data entry representative/administrative assistant remote position with paid training for about 60k/year. The interview was conducted via text on Telegram. No face to face or over the phone communication to see if it was a real person.
