Description

My 97-year-old mother received mail in December 2024, but I found the mail in March and called the company on March 24, 2025. By the time I called Home Warranty Division the warranty expiration had expired January 17, 2025. I asked the company representative what the warranty covered, and he said that since the home was built in the 1950s many things could be outdated and in need of repair. He asked me twice for a debit or credit card number (I did not provide) to "reactivate" the warranty, but upon further questioning from me he twice told me I seemed confused. I am very concerned that this company is scamming elderly persons. There is no address where the company is located, only the need to respond to the notice, and a phone number (###-###-####) to call Chris *******- Program Director. I hope that you can investigate this fraudulent company. Thank you.
