I've reported this organization multiple times over the years, yet the issue persists. Despite receiving confirmation from Amazon AWS that action had been taken against them, I continue to receive unsolicited spam emails with no option to opt out. Their website, bestamericanow.com, is merely a "parked" domain that provides no legitimate means for unsubscribing or opting in. Instead, it explicitly states that contacting them grants them the right to save the provided information and enroll individuals in even more mailings. This is a clear violation of the CAN-SPAM Act as well as Amazon AWS's Acceptable Use Policy. Their practices of email harvesting and deceptive solicitation demonstrate blatant disregard for compliance. Given their continued violations and disregard for prior enforcement actions, I urge that they be fined and permanently banned from using Amazon AWS services. I will also be reporting this matter to other government authorities to ensure further enforcement action is taken.
