As seen in previous incident listed, we received in the mail what looked like a check and it listed only the property code number and the date of 3/12/2025 and my husband and my name and also listed Cornerstone Bank, which is no longer our lender. The allocated waiver was for $199 but also stated it was not a check and not valid after seven days. Asking us to contact the number, I did call the number and with one ring an automated answer asking me to enter property code. I then hung up. I will be notifying our former lender and our current lender in regards to this for notification.
