Description

There was an ad on facebook, with Lori Greiner, from Shark Tank, for travel bags. I ordered 2 bags and got a confirmation email. After 2 months, I responded to the confirmation email and was told that the carrier said the package had been delivered, but couldn't tell me specifics and I was never sent tracking info. I asked for that, they wouldn't send and just said they could send another shipment. I said ok, send me tracking. It has been over a month now, and I haven't received tracking or the shipment. I contacted them again and was told the exact same thing. It was shipped and they can't give me a refund, but can ship another bag.
