I purchased a trial size hair growth serum for $1.00 plus shipping. During TikTok checkout process, I was not aware that they selected me for a membership with a fee of $249.84. Three days later, my account was hit and I immediately went on website and cancelled membership and requested a refund. The next two weeks, all I got were robot emails stating I cannot get my money back but they would give me an extra discount if I stayed with them for one more month!!!! I'm sure so they could charge me yet again. I have disputed the charge with my local bank but I want to keep this from happening to other people. The checkout process through TikTok happens so fast and you cannot always see everything completely. Please assist me in getting rid of these deceitful practices by companies to fraud their own customers.
