Signed up for a $1 report on a VIN I needed to know about (https://vinhistoryusa.com/). I was charged $1, but then was charged $25.95, however they did not tell me about the $29.95 charge until I saw it on my cars statement . I had called the week before the trial ended. I then tried the online chat which never responds. I also emailed and said I had contacted the BBB and my card to place a fraud notice. Then someone named Jack responded that I need to reply to the original email. But when I replied that I don’t have the email and could I get a link sent. There has not been any reply in their behalf.
