I ordered on 12/19/24 from this company, some ratchet straps for my husband for Christmas. The items were never received and the tracking number they provided me did not work. I went back and forth with them by email and was told the shipping was experiencing delays and the product should be here in 4 to 6 days. On the 7th day, I emailed again. No response. I contacted my bank to file a dispute. They issued a temporary credit. The company then sent me an email stating the product was delivered to my mailbox on 12/19/24, the date the product was ordered. Later in the same email it stated the product was delivered 1/19/25 but still no product! Now the bank reversed the provisional refund because the company told them I received the product. I haven't. These people have taken down their website, as I just tried to go to their store online. Nothing come up except an "oops, something went wrong, try again later" message. Looks like they took my money and got away with it. All I can say is Karma catches up with people who are evil. Don't order from these people or you will just be giving money away.
