Description
I purchased item for $33.94 on Jan 18, charged to Discover card. Received item from China 6 weeks later. Found additional charges of $29.99 on Feb 1 and Mar 1 on Discover. Contacted them Mar 3 and was told I had dues for VIP membership. I cancelled membership but was told a refund was not probable.
