Do not identify themselves as a 3rd party airfare booker. We found their phone number as a customer service for Garuda Airlines online without realizing they were 3rd party. Garuda changed our flight by 25 hours so we needed to cancel. This “company” deceived that they were Garuda and said they cannot issue a refund without a high fee even though the flight changed drastically. Only offered the option to cancel for free if we rebook with the agent to another airline. We rebooked through the agent via phone to Virgin Australia, which cost $300 more than the same flight and fare posted on the Virgin website. The agent promised that the new tickets would be the same fare type as our Garuda flights. We got a Virgin confirmation number that flights were truly booked, but they were the cheapest fare possible and didn’t include the “extras” that our Garuda tickets did, like seat selection and checked bags. Tried to re-contact this help desk and were met with agents hanging up on us after describing the issue (that our fare needs to be upgraded), with promises for returned calls, and with being told only our initial agent can fix this and him never being available. Scam because they never corrected us that they were not in fact Garuda and what our initial cancel options truly were through Garuda, and lied about the tickets that they purchased on Virgin and lies that occurred in phone calls when trying to fix the Virgin flights. Full credit card information of credit card name, number, address, expiration date, and security code was given to them over phone.
