On 2/19/25 I applied for an Admin Asst role with company J Flowers Health Institute. The next day Shayla Butt reached out saying the only position available was for a part time virtual personal assistant working only 12 hours per week earning $825. So, I showed my interest, and they sent me a few interview questions to reply, and send it to [email protected]. Right after submitting my answers to that email which was a link that took me somewhere else which I found odd, shortly after they told me I got the position and that I would have to buy some equipment and software and that I would get benefits such as medical, and 401k and a bonus, this is when I confronted them replying and saying how so my boss didn't want to meet with me if I'm going to support a CEO, also told them how is it that I am going to get 401k benefits if you could only get those after one year of working with a company. The next day I tried reaching out and the [email protected] was unreachable. Before applying I researched the company, in fact when applying it took me directly to the employer's website, I checked their social media online presence they even have a podcast, so I really thought it was legit. I didn't have any further communication with them, but I needed to report this company and job post.
