I ordered what I was told was a cashmere sweater. The photo showed a beautiful, fluffy sweater. What I received looked like an old, baggy sweatshirt. When I asked for a refund, which they claim they will issue within 30 days on their website, I was told I would only receive 15% of what I paid because of Freight costs to China. This is false advertising. Not only did I get a different, cheap sweater, now they refuse to refund my money, even though their website clearly says they will issue a refund "with no questions asked." I've contacted them several times. First they told me they needed a photo of the shipping package (which no one keeps). I had to dig through my dumpster to find the original packaging. When I provided them with a photo, it was clear they were hoping I could not find the package. When I produced a photo, then I was told because of shipping charges, I would only receive a 15% refund. This website is a total scam. They sell phony products, and refuse to honor their promise to provide a refund within 30 days. Now I'm stuck with an ugly, baggy sweater that I can't wear, and I'm out $41.98.
