I was contacted via phone from (731) 307-2762 by a person claiming to be the HR manager (LOGANATHAN) with Objectways, to schedule a phone interview on 2/11/25. The Project Manager position with Objectways was posted on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4149367547/?refId=9060f6a6-eb16-4d32-b73b-5a0a7dfea4bc&trackingId=5497uJUSSI%2BT6m5z8qScnQ%3D%3D&trk=flagship3_job_home_appliedjobs) – the application redirected to https://jobs.gohire.io/objectways-hzsi46un/project-manager-220011/. I was offered the job within 2 days via voicemail, which was followed up with an e-mail from Nataraj Muralidharan ([email protected]). The job offer email included an NDA PDF, appointment letter PDF, and a direct deposit form. The appointment letter calls out a requirement to own a 2nd smart phone; there's no indication this would be reimbursed. While details of the hourly rate and job scope are included, there was no information re: benefits (e.g. health, vision, dental). The documents were fill in the blank vs. an employer having completed the to be employee’s information (e.g. name, address.) The rate noted in the offer letter is far greater with what’s advertised at https://jobs.gohire.io/objectways-hzsi46un/project-manager-220011/.
