They called my daughter and left a threatening messege to HER in regards to a civil suit about to be filed against her. She called them back and they said they were actually looking for me. This is illegal to do. I called them and they wanted information from me such as birthdate, social security number and address. I wouldnt give or verify any information. He wasnt happy. Threatened me with civil suit, garnishment. Said i would be getting papers served. I have never had a loan through my cash now. They say this was in 2018. Not me. I am waiting on the paperwork from them and intend on trying to find out who they are and she if they can be stopped. I notice there are 78 other complaints on BBB in regards to this same thing. How do you catch them.
