Description

A cat water dispenser was purchased online at SakerPlus. The item stopped functioning properly after a week of receipt. Contact was attempted with the vendor via email twice and via instagram direct message over the course of 5 business days. I had requested an address to return the product to in addition to a full refund. A response was finally received (via instagram) and they stated the item would need to be returned to manufacturer in China, a cost which I as the purchaser would need to recover and the manufacturer would issue the refund upon receipt of the product. Alternatively they offered a 30% refund if I did not wish to pay for shipping costs. Per the website “money back guarantee” if the item was inoperable due to manufacturer error, the purchaser should not incur any costs in returning the product.
