Ms. Davis called from a 315-322-9063 phone number located in Madrid, NY (Caller ID Stated) she left a message on my voicemail for me to get in contact with her at phone number 1-888-684-3104 and to use a reference number when calling. She stated that the matter was urgent and that this would be her final attempt at contacting me before she took me to court in the county I live in. She stated she had to have court documents delivered and they had to be signed for. She threatened me with further legal actions while stating that I had the knowledge that she had called me to notify me about the matter. I called the number back and Rick Davis answered the phone. He said that I owed 4,000.00 on a legal matter from 2009. (Imagine 16 years later) I told him that I was looking forward to him bringing me into court. He was an obnoxious, loud individual screaming in my ear after I told him that if he was a lawyer he would know that the statute of limitations on a 2009 debt ran out. I told him to calm down and that I would see him in court only to be hung up on.
