My 15-year-old son was called for a job interview at TGON, which said it placed waitstaff with restaurants in the city. They required $80 (in cash or money order) at the "interview" to show that my son could cover the cost of a food-handling course. He was given the job (with zero experience as a waiter) and told he had to bring another $200 to the training a few days later. I tried to find information about the group and only found a Reddit thread about it being a scam. There is no information about the company anywhere. He showed his school id but did not give his social security number.
