We were looking for company helath insurance and searched "cigna." The first offer to help was sponsored link by a company named "Open Enrollment Healthcare" They took my name, number and address in order to start the process. Then, they said an agent would reach out, which they didn within a couple of minutes. When I explained that I realized Cigna coverage was not available in NY State they began trying to onboard me to their system. I explained I did not need their help and that I was misled onto their website thinking it was Cigna's site. The operator refused to answer me, and instead continued speaking their pitch. I explained again that I do not want to give them my further personal information. The person ignored me and continued pushing to get my personal information and information of my entire family. I was called 3 more times, all operators refused to take off their list, none would respond to the words I said, and all continued to push to get my personal information. When i asked for a manager, they hung up on me. Their website does NOT show and address or corporate information. This is a scam and I fear for my fellow Americans who are trying ot get healthcre only to have these scammers get all their personal info and give them NO healthcare at all. BEWARE of this so-called company. They are also using fake numbers. For example, the woman mentioned she was in Indiana. I asked her then, why was she using a new york area code? Shady behavior
