On 12/23/24, I purchased two ergonomic neck pillows from the company, lots of glowing reviews. They arrived on 1/2/2025, wrapped in plastic. I tried to use it, but woke up with a very sore neck after a fitful night of sleep. I notified them on 1/5/2025 and asked how to return them for a full refund. They emailed back offering to give me a partial refund, also telling me that it’s a good deal because the return shipping will cost $20 to ship back to their returns warehouse in China. This bargaining went on for several days. And I kept telling them, “no, I want to return for a full refund. I’ll pay the $20 shipping cost.”. So they finally sent me the address for the return. I went to the post office, and I was informed that it would cost $142.15 to return my products back to them! I was furious, and I went home and emailed them to tell them that they lied to me. It wasn’t gonna cost $20 to return them, the cheapest cost to return them would be $142.15. They would not give me a full refund in the end, they gave me a 60% refund, which I am very unhappy about. I looked on their website and their return policy states that if you’re not happy with the product then you can return it easily - your satisfaction is our priority. They lied.
