I got MULTIPLE texts one after the other of them trying to charge money off my bank account. I called Totalav and the India guys wanted me to let them into my computer but I did not. I asked them to cancel it and they said they couldn't. Finally got them to give me a confirmation of cancelling it. but they said others are using it in 4 or 5 other states...so they aren't doing their do diligence or they are scammers (Total av trying to get my info). I started laughing and he got perturbed ...like offended I was asking, He asked why I was laughing and I said "because for being a security company for against people being hacked and anti virus you are not doing your job very well if hackers are using my account in 4-5 other states" They gave me the run around and then hung up on me
