Description
Product was purchased and immediately broke. Emailed their service team who has been replying but indicating that they will follow-up in 2 business days. This has been on-going for 2 weeks now. Reviews online indicate this company sends default toys and although their website shares a Refund Policy up to 60 days, they do not honor it. I initially filed a report through BBB for a refund but they indicated this companies address is outside of their region and/or an incorrect domain.
