Description

This company offers flights like many other third-party sites. It is a listed option when you book flights through cheapflights.com upon booking a flight just like Expedia you receive confirmation through your email however, shortly afterwards they send you an urgent email asking you to call their 800 number to discuss concerns before your flight is officially approved. Upon making that phone call, very aggressive customer service agents rattle off all kinds of restrictions your flight entails, tells you you are not allowed to take any baggage carry-ons or personal items on the plane are subject to cancellations changes made by the airline and you’re not allowed to get a refund. They admit they do not include any of this information when purchasing the ticket but you are too understand due to the promotional ticket price. Those are restrictions you incur. There is nowhere on the website where it discusses baggage limitations. They argue with you and try to change your flights and move you to other locations and other times and then give you baggage options, but they do all of this over the phone. It’s the most unprofessional scam I’ve ever witnessed in my life.
