I contacted “Ben Lyu” on Instagram for E-commerce help and then he told me to purchase one of his courses. He said he would help and guide me. I paid $497. I contacted him and he would not answer my questions and kept referring me to other people. When I reached out to “these people” on skool.com value accelerator they were never available. he gave me a date and time for a video call. I waited two hours and nobody was in the call and I texted him and he did not respond then i texted one of his guys (Likai Han) and he said the call is not today. I feel I have been scammed out of money and services were not provided that were promised. He sent a document to sign that said I would not receive a refund but I refused and never signed it. They asked multiple times for me to sign it and I refused. I continuously asked for a refund and he said no then eventually he said “Wadim” would contact me and he didn’t. I contacted him 3 days in an row and no response . I was told another call would take place, a second call, and Wadim did not make the call or showed up. I texted Ben to refund me and he told me to sign the document for no refund and he would give me the help. This is fraud. No service but he took my money and refuses to respond. I googled his name and there are other similar complaints on Reddit about his fraudulent practices and others who were scammed out of money.
