I wanted to buy a a return ticket home after my vacation in New York. I was shown a low price by the company and made the purchase for the ticket, after a phone call with the company, I had to change the original ticket with a higher priced one, and while I was fine with the price increase I could not check in after I was told the sale had gone through. Once I got to the attendance desk at the airport I was told that my ticket was suspended on fraud charges. I made another call to the company to try and resolve the issue to which I was placed on hold many times and when I requested my money back due to the flight being missed not of my own accord I was placed on hold and definitely. This company is a scam.
