Description

The company represented themselves as Boston Scally Company using that company’s brand/website/look to offer the boston Scally Company’s products at a deep discount. After placing an order (12/28/24) I received a confirmation email still indicating it was from Boston Scally Company. However the charge on my credit card and follow up email on shipping indicates it was not Boston Scally. I still may receive the product but as of now I have not (1/2/25). I have monitored accounts and at this point I have not been charged beyond the initial order. I will see if I receive the one time order I made and I will monitor for any charges I did not authorize. If the order is not received or there are additional charges I did not authorize I will file a complaint with BBB and FTC and notify my bank.
