I received an advertisement from them on Facebook and decided to purchase their product. Initially, they responded to my emails, but after I made the payment, they stopped replying. I sent about 10 emails and also reached out to them through social media. Their responses were always the same—they claimed to be "investigating" why I hadn't received a tracking number, but no real answers or updates were provided. To this day, I have not received my purchase, and I’m not even sure if it will ever arrive. I’ve sent multiple messages, but no one has given me a proper response. It feels like the replies I received were automated or from bots, as they were repetitive and lacked any real substance or effort to resolve the issue. This situation has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
