I am writing to report a fraudulent business that is charging people across the United States under the name ‘Tiny Trends Children and I.’ This business name is very similar to my own, ‘Tiny Trends Clothing Company,’ and as a result, I have been receiving numerous messages from individuals who mistakenly believe I am responsible for unauthorized transactions on their credit cards. Over 30 people have contacted me, reporting the same fraudulent charges from this company. I want to make it clear that these transactions are not connected to my business, and I am concerned about the impact this is having on both the victims and my company’s reputation.
