Ordered from their company website and payed via PayPal. Received invoice for amount advertised, but on further investigation with PayPal discovered they charged twice what they showed on invoice to include a shipping rate 6 times more expensive and an unannounced “insurance fee”. When I contacted their “resolution center” they continue to suggest I have no order number with them although I have numerous emails showing order number and tracking number. In one of their emails they state item will ship within 7 days, yet they are still showing pending receipt of item at distributor. When trying to contact via phone they suggest they’re unable to work with me to resolve and instead must communicate through email, yet when communicating this method I’m continually told they have no record of my order. Have reported the fraud with PayPal.
