Owner Jacinda Jenkins frequently post TikTok live videos, promoting her custom t-shirt business, when shopping her shops website, i made a purchase on September 9th, received an email that my items had shipped. Whenever I opened email it only said a shipping label had been created USPS awaiting package. Fast forward to today 12/11/2024 I have sent out numerous emails and text to the number they provide for contacting, without response. Last week I received an automated email back telling me to wait a few days and see if it arrived, I emailed since then letting her know my package has yet to around without getting responses again!
