Purchased a popular perfume only sold on this website for my daughters Christmas gift. Purchased November 16th. Marked “ready to ship” November 28th after reaching out wondering why it hadn’t shipped yet. Still showing ready to ship. Item hasn’t been turned over to usps. After looking on lottielondon on Facebook, and tik tok it’s happening to everyone that has ordered this same product. Some have been waiting for months. Now I have been reaching out again and they won’t respond to me, or anyone else having this issue. There is also no way to request a refund.
