I had seen ads on Instagram for these custom whiskey bottles with pet portraits. I went on their website and noticed how beautiful the artwork was as it was hand painted on to whiskey bottles using pictures of pets that customers sent in. The images of the animals were detailed and took up the whole surface area of the bottle. I also saw all the positive reviews with other customers sharing images of the bottles they received that matched what the company was advertising. Unfortunately, when I received my package, it was far from comparable to the product they advertised. Instead, they used the two pictures of the dogs I uploaded, made them into small stickers, and glued them on to the bottle. The images of the two dogs weren't painted, they didn't take up the whole surface of the bottle, and they certainly weren't what was advertised or shown in the reviews from other customers. There was no fine print stating that the images of the animals wouldn't be painted. It was safe to assume that what I would receive would look like what the customers had received and what they had advertised. After looking closer at the website, it is clear that it may be a foreign based company. There are numerous misspellings and phrases that aren't American. They emphasize their high level of customer service and willingness to give refunds, but I still haven't received a reply to my email sent to their customer service complaining about my experience.
