A boutique was advertised on social media (Instagram/FB) with high quality, attractive apparel merchandise advertised. Upon purchasing, a confirmation e-mail was not sent, nor was a shipping confirmation sent with a tracking number, or estimated date of arrival. Only 1 email was sent stating that the merchandise arrived. This raised suspicion and I reported it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank. The return address on the envelope does not match the business address on their website, nor does the name. The return policy on the website states that you have to e-mail their customer service to receive a return address. Lastly, the quality of the merchandise does not represent in any way what is listed in the photos on their website. It is extremely poor quality.
