Description
Received a letter in the mail with no return address besides “Official Business, Penalty for Private Use, $300”. The letter lists a vehicle I have never owned and states “Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have the vehicle service contract for your Ford, Lincoln, Mercury updated. You are receiving this notice to ensure no lapse in warranty coverage” and says “FINAL NOTICE - RESPONSE REQUIRED” at the top with a phone number and deadline to call listed.
