I was scammed out of almost $400 and they are still trying to charge my card. The customer profile conveniently DOES NOT have a billing or card info tab. I’m clearly cancelled from my subscription so my account doesn’t even allow me access to my “Dashboard” I use to see when I had an active account. High social claims to be a social media account boosting business that helps its clients gain organic followers for a monthly subscription. It started to feel like a scam when my assigned “account manager” David Tiamzon. Email: [email protected] would reply to emails in an “auto bot” manner. Phrases were repeated and emails seemed like an AI. They were long winded and what’s so vague. I was being charged twice since the start of my subscription and addressed it with David. Per David, he “did not see a double charge on their billing end” and basically stated there’s nothing he could do. I got my bank involved to investigate and refund me the second charges. They refunded and High social completely cancelled my account. Concerned about not getting the product I paid for, I reached out to David AGAIN. To where he gave me an AI generated run around email. Vague, and confusing. At first he said he’d give me the month of November half off. But then the charges were still showing at full price. So I told him to cancel me indefinitely. I have email confirmation and account confirmation that states I was cancelled from David, and on my account. It was confirmed I WOULD NOT be charged for November. Well. I was charged today. AGAIN. The customer profile account DOES NOT have a section for billing. I have that stated in an email by David as well. He said if customers want to cancel, we have to reach out to him directly to cancel. If customers want billing information. We want to reach out to him directly too. All online accounts that offer subscriptions have a billing history tab for customers to see. High social works through Paddle.com Inc. I have copies of billing statements he gave me and ALL the emails between him and I. There’s also no phone number to reach the company by…convenient
