Clicked link from tik tok of them claiming to be “hey dude” company. Purchased 10 pairs of shoes from them. Paid with my debit card on September 7 2024. They sent a tracking number which showed progress but then said delivered when it was not. They would not tell me the parcel company used and nor did the tracking link they sent. I reached out, they offered to resend the package a second time .i said ok. They sent me a broken link to a tracking order and when I inquired today, they sent me a picture of it showing delivered again. But yet I still received nothing nor would they tell me the parcel company used. I stated I wanted a refund they said ok but have lost all contact with me.
