The ad came in through Instagram reels, the link on Instagram takes you to their website. The website and items shown are the same as Printfresh. I have clicked on Printfresh numerous times, but the items were out of my price range. The Despitefic ads started showing and I thought they were the same as Printfresh, but on a Memorial Day sale. The order went through and I was not over charged, nor have I had any other fraudulent charges. I also received a confirmation email for my order. The courier they use is Track718. The items were coming from Africa, so I assumed they would take a bit. The tracking service looks very legit and showed my stages of my items coming to me. Once they started tracking, it showed they were coming from China. The tracking service showed arriving at my location for distribution and then delivery. After the tracking service posted that they were delivered, I reached out to Despitefic. They have a chatbot on their website and an email. I emailed them my issues and they responded within the next business day. They offered to resend the items and I agreed.
