I have not used this card in over a year and I was sent a new updated Chase Credit Card. The envelope encluded 2 new cards, a letter about the card and a pamphlet. When i called the 800 number to activate the cards, it said that they had special offers and if i was over 50 to press 1. I did and the offer was for Medicare Advantage. For 2 promtes they kepts saying "press 1 to assistance ". On the 3rd prompt someone came on and said " Hello. Hello. Can you hear me?" So I hung up. I called Chase with a number from the website to report it and the woman said she would send me a new card. I showed a friend all of this and they called the 800 number. When they called, it was a FAX machine answer. When looking at the back of the card, the security code is 999. I took all of this to a Chase bank and they reported this to the fraud department. I received the new card by UPS. Its the same exact credit cards with the same information and 800 number. So I called the 800 number and now it is answering by Chase. I did not active the newest cards. Im going to Chase bank and see if they can help me.
