Description

Voice message from a man who identified himself as Jacob Williams a compliance officer for Judicial Services about a lawsuitgoing to be served today in my county, Benton. To please call 833-251-1491 referencing case number 205652. I called the number and a woman answered saying that her name is Naomi. I told her that I had received a message to call this number with case number that I had been given. She wanted me to verify my address, the first one she gave me was 10 years old but she did not identify that city. That was a correct previous address but I would not verify. She then asked about another address again not referencing the city but was correct in the street address, again I would not verify. She then gave me the last 4 digits of my SSN correctly and again I would not verify. She started getting angry then and was threatening. She said that a case was being filed today for some company that had loaned me 4 thousand plus dollars and that if I paid 1 thousand plus today it would be settled. I told her that I knew nothing about any of this and she said she would see me in court.
