The website clearly and plainly advertises that they will accept returns and provide refunds for returns. After receiving an item that was not going to work, I attempted to return it. You have to go through a process by creating a ticket and then wait for them to respond. They refused multiple times to provide me with information to return the dress paid $126 for, but offered 1. to send me another dress for only $50 more, 2. apply $20 to my account and to keep the dress, 3. EITHER try to return the dress for only 70% IF the manager approves it upon arrival OR accept a $35 return on my credit card. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager and was denied every time. If I knew they had lied about accepting returns and providing refunds (as outlined on the website), I would never have ordered from this company from the beginning. They are refusing to uphold what they advertise they offer. It has been drawn out for over a week and has been extremely frustrating trying to communicate with this company staff.
