Upon calling the number I spoke with a young person who gave me a false name and assured me he worked for a company that provided “3rd party” customer support for BigTimeChances.com and winwayroad.com. I knew he was lying because I asked him what the name of his company was and he kept avoiding the question. I asked for a supervisor knowing he was lying and he said there wasn’t one available. The scam originated from a TikTok ad promoting a free Bose Smart Speaker that only required a $7.00 shipping charge. After the transaction was cleared I was brought to the fraudulent page containing an order number.
