Using United States postal service permit 210 18640, they sent a free travel, hotel and dining offer. Using an anonymous Skype telephone number, I contacted the scammer and they wanted credit card information in order to reserve the tickets that I won. Knowing it was a scam going into it, I even gave them an old expired credit card number, when they tried to run it, they hung up immediately upon seeing that it was an expired card.
