Company Name: AI Style by DNA Experience Description: I purchased a subscription to AI Style by DNA on June 19, 2024, with the intention of using their AI style tool to create customized styles for my body type. However, my experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. First, the pricing listed was misleading. After subscribing, I was hit with additional hidden fees, including a required membership cost that was not disclosed upfront. I also purchased two PDF style guides that were supposed to be downloadable, but I never received access to them. The product itself was of poor quality, which led me to cancel my subscription just three days later, on June 22, 2024. This cancellation process was confusing and challenging, and if there were any additional steps required to cancel my subscription, they were not apparent. When I attempted to access customer support, I encountered numerous issues; I could not access the information that was supposed to be available. Despite canceling, I found an additional charge of $58.75 in my bank account on September 18, 2024. This charge was unauthorized and occurred early; my records indicated that if I had not canceled, the next charge would not have been until June 2025. I want to warn other consumers about the shady business practices of this company, including hidden fees, unauthorized charges after cancellation, inadequate customer service, and difficulty accessing support.
