On 5-Sep-2024, my balance was $1380.33. By 13-Sep-2024 at 14:14 (GMT+5), it dropped to $1183.53. On 14-Sep-2024 at 13:11 (GMT+5), it further dropped to $1028.74. There is no log or transaction history available to explain these unauthorized withdrawals, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not received a response.
