I received a fraud alert from my bank asking if I had authorized a $228 transaction from Lumin PDF. I found the website and looked to see if I had an account. It made me sign in through google. I signed in and apparently had an account made back in 2021. I tried to cancel the account and it says to contact customer service. Customer service claims they would need more information about my card and transaction details in order to find and cancel my account. But that they could not find an account associated with my email address despite my signing in.
