This is one of several businesses that is avidly promoting on social media the offer of a "prescription" of valuable diabetes (metabolic) based medications, many of which are in short supply, for weight loss, which may result in driving up medication prices and costs, as well as crucial availability for people who need them for their health, and even survival. Aside from the availability aspect that can adversely impact people who truly need these important medications, it seems that the validity and thoroughness of their assessment and screening before "prescribing" medications online that can have significant adverse effects would benefit form some close scrutiny. This appears to be targeting people in the US, but I am not sure where the company is based.
