I ordered 18 items from the Halara page via Instagram. They charged me $39.15 on May 31, 2024. The confirmation email came back from a different company other than Halara. It was called Pandeous. Their customer service team responded to my inquiry, confirming they were legitimate and sent tracking from a website called 618track. The tracking never worked, and they said it had been delivered. I got a fishy text from "USPS" saying they were holding a package but didn't have the correct address information. I did not open it at the time, and instead reached out to customer service on the same email thread. It had been over 30 days. They apologized that the package was never delivered and said they would resend the shipment. I waited another 15 days and it did not come. I got the same text from "USPS" and this time the link worked when I clicked it. I entered my address information and my credit card for a .30 cent redelivery fee. They sent a confirmation code to complete the transaction, and when I entered the code, it said "code error". They kept sending more codes and I kept entering them. I entered it 4 times and then checked my bank statement. They had charged my card $108.99 4 times. I never received my order and I have been scammed. I reached out to my banks to get the charges reversed and new cards.
